Researchers at the University of Missouri and Ohio State University published a paper two days ago in Nature communication in which they claim to have created a new way to analyze data obtained from single-cell RNA sequencing using deep learning.
Deep learning has been making great strides in recent years and is entering more and more as an approach for analyzing large amounts of biological data, helping scientists around the world to draw ever faster conclusions.
